Steven Sandul
Steven is the Managing Partner of Brewco and a Certified Cicerone®. He is passionate about creating elevated, experience-driven hospitality with a strong focus on quality, pairing, and guest experience. Steven believes beer deserves the same attention and care as great food.
Inspired by his late grandfather Rudolph Plasche, he honours his legacy through Rudy Lager and Brewco’s commitment to thoughtful hospitality, bold flavours, and creating memorable experiences around food, beer, cocktails, and wine.
Server
We're looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented server who takes pride in creating genuine guest connections. You bring energy, professionalism, and a real love for hospitality to every table.
Bartender
Craft cocktails, pour pints, and be the energy behind the bar. We're after a skilled bartender with a passion for craft beer and mixed drinks who thrives in a fast-paced, social setting.
